Bendamustine (INN, trade names Treakisym, Ribomustin, Levact and Treanda; also known as SDX-105) is a nitrogen mustardused in the treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia[2] and lymphomas. It belongs to the family of drugs called alkylating agents. It is also being studied for the treatment of sarcoma.[3] It is also being investigated in phase II trials for the non-cancer treatment of AL amyloidosis.
